My parents are 1st generation college graduates from La Isla de Encanto. Born
to Army Captain Carlos Martoral Sr, and his wife Maria, I began my journey as
an Army Brat, travelling amongst a myriad of military bases. I’ve been blessed
to experience cultures and traditions from all over the world. I am married to
my dream girl Nashlie, and am the proud father of two clever, kind, and
intensely beautiful little girls Cali & Camila.

What do I do? I like to think I help individuals and groups empower themselves to maximize
occupational performance. Occupations are the activities that bring meaning and purpose to
life, including the things people need to, want to, and are expected to do. One of the most
powerful insights that my background in both healthcare and law has given me is the fact that
every individual is unique. Only through a wholistic approach to problem solving do we achieve
our greatest potential

I maintain my clinical practice at the Veteran’s Health Administration in Lake Nona and my own
legal practice at The Florida Legacy Group, LLC, in Orlando, FL.
